General Policies

- Minors (age 17 and under) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

- All sales are final. Zap Zone does not offer refunds.

- Additional venue fees may apply at select locations and may include third-party operational fees. Fees vary by location.

- Any and all valid coupons cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions, offers, reservations, parties, or events, and are subject to change without notice.

- Zap Zone is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

- Commercial recording or photography is not permitted.

- No outside food or drinks are allowed (with the exception of birthday cakes approved beforehand by a manager). Any outside food may incur an extra $50 charge.

- Activities are available on a first come, first serve basis.

- Activities may temporarily or permanently close at any given time. Please call your local store for availability and details on any special event or promotion.

- Coupons and promotions are one per person per day.

- $10 Promotional Gift Cards are one per person per day and cannot be combined with other specials

- Coupons and Promotional Gift Cards cannot be used for food and do not have any cash value.

- All individuals participating in Adventure Park, FlyZone, or Go-Kart activities must have a signed, valid waiver. If under 18, minors must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

- All individuals/participants in Adventure Park and FlyZone must wear safety grip socks at all times. Socks are sold separately. Shoes are not permitted unless otherwise specified by an attendant. For a full and detailed list of activities policies, please call your local Zap Zone store.

- Grip Socks, Bowling Shoes, and Roller Skates are sold separately and required for each activities respectively.

- Appropriate attire, including shirts and pants, must be worn at all times on the premises. Footwear must also be worn at all times, except in designated areas.

- Some activities may have age and height restrictions. Please call or visit Zap Zone for details.

- Management has the authority to end any event early if party members’ actions are believed to be reckless and/or inappropriate. Refunds will not be given.

- Zap Zone does not sell or share any information provided by guests for booking purposes, waivers, or any other reason.
- Individuals are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol on all property premises (including parking lots); private groups must have valid documentation and management approval prior to their event
Party and Group Events

- Parties and events must be booked in advance and secured with a non-refundable deposit. Deposits may vary per package/booking. All party and event deposits and payments are non-refundable.

- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to allow for check-in time. Additional time is not available unless booked prior to your event.

- The individual(s) booking the event is responsible for covering any damages and/or repairs occurred at the facility by the group’s party members.
-
- Management has the authority to end any event early if party members’ actions are believed to be reckless and/or inappropriate. Refunds will not be given.
-
- Deposits are non-refundable. Payment for any remaining balance on birthday parties or events will be taken at the time of check-in.
-
- Parties may only be rescheduled twice. Rescheduling the initial date can be done up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled birthday party or up to 7 days for group events.

- The sole person authorized to modify packages and/or dates for the event is the original booking individual.

- A 4.87% service fee is applied to all parties and events.
- You are welcome to bring approved decorations to your scheduled party that are not permanent and do not cause any damage to Zap Zone property. Confetti, pinatas, glitter, and silly string are not permitted. If present, these items will incur a $100 cleaning fee.

- The following activities not included in party packages unless specified: Go-Karts, Escape Rooms, Paint Blast, Rage Room; guests wishing to use the excluded activities will need to purchase them separately at the regular rates.
Day Pass Details

- The Promotion Period may be subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of Zap Zone.

- Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian who assumes responsibility for them during their visit to Zap Zone. The legal guardian must be present throughout the duration of the visit.

- Participation in the Day Pass Special Promotion is subject to availability. The availability of the times may be limited based on capacity restrictions at our facility. Zap Zone reserves the right to manage and adjust the availability of the Promotion.

- Each participant will have access to activities. Activities are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the facility reaches its maximum capacity, Zap Zone retains the right to conclude your session to accommodate other guests.

- The following activities and services are not included in the Day Pass: Bowling, Axe Throwing, Grip Socks, Escape Rooms, Rage Rooms, Paint Blast. Go-Karts are available as an add-on option. Guests wishing to use the excluded activities or services will need to purchase them separately at the regular rates.

- Arcade credits can be added separately to the Day Pass.

- In addition to our regular Day Pass, Zap Zone offers Special Passes at a discounted rate on select days and times. These passes include the same activities as our regular Day Pass and are subject to availability. Promotion details may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.

Black Friday Giveaway Event

- Giveaway takes place on November 28, 2025, between 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Prize drawings begin at 7:00 PM.

- Winner will be drawn at random during the event and must be present to win.

- One (1) raffle ticket per Buy $20 Arcade, Get $20 Arcade purchase (online and in-store). Multiple entries allowed (one per qualifying purchase). One (1) raffle entry per online event ticket (limit one per person).

- Must be 18+ years old to receive prize items; if the selected winner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian (18+) must be present to claim the prize on their behalf.

- Valid photo ID required to claim prize (name must match raffle ticket).
- Up to $20,000 in total prizes distributed between participating locations: Brighton, Canton, Farmington, Taylor, Waterford, Sterling Heights (BIG), Warren (BIG), and Ypsilanti (BIG).

Half-Off Tuesdays Details

- Half-Off Tuesdays begins on June 4th, 2024. Event dates, times, and pricing may vary, especially around holidays. Half-Off Tuesdays offer will not be available on December 31st. Please call your local Zap Zone store for details. The Promotion Period may be subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of Zap Zone.

- Admission is per item. Items included in promotion – Day Passes, Single Activities Sessions, Arcade Games, and Classic Pizza.

- The following activities and services are not included in the Half-Off Tuesdays: Bowling, Grip Socks, Escape Rooms, Rage Rooms, Paint Blast, Beverages, Food (excluding pizza); guests wishing to use the excluded activities or services will need to purchase them separately at the regular rates.

- Arcade games, excluding merchandisers and claw machines, are priced at half the credits of our store’s standard rate.

- Arcade games will allocate tickets at our store’s standard rate; games with green readers will not dispense tickets.

- $10 Promotional Gift Cards cannot be combined with Half-Off Tuesdays deals.

Double Ticket Days Details

- Double Ticket Days events are held monthly from the 1st – 3rd throughout the year. The following restrictions, which are subject to change without notice, apply to all Double Your Prizes events:

- Arcade cards may not be split or combined.

- A minimum of 1,000 points and maximum of 4,000 points are required to qualify.

Unlimited Night & Family Fun Day Details

- Unlimited Nights are the last Saturday of every month (excluding December) from 9pm – Midnight. Family Fun Days are the last Sunday of every month (excluding December) from 12pm – 3pm.

- Admission is per player and includes three hours of unlimited select activities.

Media Policies

- By entering the facility’s premises, Zap Zone has the right to photograph, videotape, and/or record all guests and use guests’ face, likeness, voice, and appearance in connection with exhibitions, publicity, advertising, and promotional materials without reservation or limitation.

- By entering Zap Zone, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

- Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Zap Zone and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
- By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
Health and Safety

- Zap Zone performs routine maintenance on all equipment and structures required by state regulations.

- By entering the facility’s premises, visitors understand the known and unanticipated risks. All visitors play at their own risk. This includes, but is not limited to, those individuals who suffer from seizure disorders, are pregnant, and anyone who has physical limitations that should not incur an increased heartbeat.

- Visitors are required to inform staff of any potential risks or injuries witnessed.

- First-aid kits are stationed at every location and available for medical purposes.

- Safety of visitors is of utmost importance. Zap Zone has a zero tolerance for violence and will proceed with legal action.
